If you are looking for a party to keep the kids moving and active, we are your place! The kids will be able to freely run, jump and play in our huge indoor, padded playground. The party consists of 1 hour of gymnastics time with the coach, followed by 45 minutes in the party area. Parties are appropriate for ages 3 - 12 years old.
Party times can also be used for Christmas parties, other sport parties or family get togethers.
Party Time Slots
Parties are available on Sunday. Time slots are: 4:30 pm -6:15 pm (gym time 4:30-5:30, party area 5:30-6:15) or 5:45 pm - 7:30 pm (gym time 5:45-6:45, party area 6:45-7:30)
Participants are considered any person that goes into the gymnastics areas - participating in the gym time. Any child or adult who goes out is considered a participant, regardless of age. We do not have option for parties larger than 20, so please keep this in mind when you are sending out your invites. Participants under 2 may have one adult with them - but this adult is not allowed on the equipment unless they are a confirmed party attendant. The party host parents are allowed on the gym floor to help supervise, take pictures etc. They cannot be on the equipment. Extra parents and family are welcome to sit and watch in the bleachers or party area while party is going on.
About the Gym Time
The coach will start the party with a game or two to get them warmed up. They will then give them rules and guidelines for the party. There will be age appropriate equipment out for the participants to explore. The party is not run like a class, but more like a guided free play. If you would like it run more structured or class like, contact us before the day of the party so we have time to plan accordingly. Trampolines are available, but flipping is not allowed. They will have time in the foam pits. Most of the time, the party will not have the whole gym to themselves, but will have access to much of the gym. It will be limited when groups are training. Only paid party participants are allowed in the gymnastics areas.
About the Party Area Time
The party area is in the upstairs mezzanine. Each party will need to provide their own dishware, table cloths, etc., for the party area. A fridge/freezer is available if needed. You are welcome to bring in food and snacks as long as they are nut and peanut free. (many families order pizza for example) If you are bringing a piñata - please no confetti as it is hard to clean. You might consider providing activities for your group to do during the party space time as you will not be allowed back on the gym equipment during this time, nor will the coach be available to entertain your group. For example, crafts, face painting, board games etc....
